Selection process and initial meeting
Selection for the mentorship program is by preliminary application. Try to describe your motivation and goals as detailed as possible. After receiving your application, if we see that the mentorship program perfectly matches your goals, we will contact you and schedule a preliminary consultation on Zoom. During the consultation, you'll meet the expert, and they, in turn, will gather all the necessary information about your profile, education, career experience, and your preferences for country of relocation and field of activity. During the meeting, you will also agree on the start date for the mentorship.

Work process
A brief description of the mentorship program structure (schedule coordination will be done individually through Telegram): Three individual sessions a week: During these meetings, we'll discuss your questions, issues, and any other topics you're interested in. Constant support from the expert via Telegram: Throughout the program, you'll have continuous access to the expert for advice, guidance, and support. Review and reformatting of your CV, Cover, LinkedIn, and professional positioning: Together, we will revisit and update your personal brand and define your goals. Job search strategy development: Together, we will create a comprehensive job search strategy focused on your preferred companies and positions, taking into account current labor market trends. Active phase of application submissions and interviews: Focused on practical application and results. Preparation for English-language interviews: We will help you refine your interview skills, develop negotiation techniques, increase your attractiveness to employers, overcome fears, and imposter syndrome. As a bonus, you will receive a month's access to the Networkio platform and the opportunity to attend club meetings.

Results
At the end of two weeks of work, we will organize a concluding meeting where we will review the outcomes and discuss your further steps and received offers. You can extend the mentorship program at a special rate or continue your journey independently with the knowledge and skills gained during two weeks of intensive work.
